I have been a chef for over 20 years now, and have been in event catering for more than 10 years of this.
Ive done restaurants, hotels, stadiums and racecourses, Ive worked up to a 3 rosette standard in various places.

Perfect!
Clive at Four Seasons Catering from the start was easy to communicate with and he was careful to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond with his efforts and eye for detail. The afternoon tea for our wedding was so tasty and looked stunning, we and all our guests really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Superb!
Clive came to cook for us in our holiday home and we had an amazing evening. Dinner for 8, including an 8 year old (who had his own menu). This was to celebrate my 60th birthday and from start to finish the whole process was easy as Clive was excellent with his communication, from the menu to how the whole evening would work. The food was fresh, innovative and of fine quality and looked like a work of art on the plate, all explained from the ingredients to their provenance. Timings were worked perfectly and if wanted things to slow down or speed up Clive made it happen. For instance, we ate the canapés so quickly (they were delicious) the starters were brought forward - nothing was too much trouble. Can highly recommend. Thanks Clive!
