What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We need the date and location, if there is a safe place to unload and how many hours you require the animals.
How many people they are expecting to come and what type of event they are planning?
We need to have the trailer close to the animals.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check the online reviews and ask the provider lots of questions about how they will provide the service. For example, we bring all essential items with us like hand washing stations. Make sure they are fully insured/licensed and can provide DBS if requested.

We are a family-run business and began with therapy for residents in care homes
We wanted everyone to have an experience with animals and realise the great benefits and therapeutic feel while having fun so we decided to run a mobile farm keeping costs low so everyone could learn about the animals.
