What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for us to provide a full quote we require the number of attendees for the party, the type of party/service they would like to book from us, their date preference so we can check availability and the location of the party so we can calculate mileage and distance to get there.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for reviews on both Add to Event and their websites, see what other customers are saying about them. Word of mouth is always a big selling point for entertainers, ask around to see if others have heard of the business and their feedback.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started the business 4 years ago as I was looking for a creative job in the South West. I took a pom pom kit on holiday with family friends and we spent the whole holiday crafting, bringing back a suitcase of pom poms! I soon realised there must be something in this and this spurred me on to start the business.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I am yet to have a booking through Add to Event but am hopeful this platform will generate bookings very soon.
