What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We require the estimated number of guests, the location of the venue and whether inside or out. The age range of guests is helpful to arrange suitable activities, and also useful to know the theme of the party if there is one.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would look into reviews received, check websites, how long the company has been established. I would also look at examples of their work.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Arts and crafts are my passion and I have studied both. I now own/run an arts and crafts shop and also provide wedding and function entertainment for children. We have been nominated for awards for our party entertainment for children and also wedding entertainment for children.
