What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote for your party. Ideally, we need the event date, the number of guests, location venue and whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a tailored cuisine experience for your guests to enjoy.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the provider about the service they are offering. Ask the provider about the menu and the style of service that they can provide. After all, we are caterers offering the best service and cuisine to the customer.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Sarah Thai Catering was born in Thailand and brought to the south west of the UK 10 years ago. Ratree our Thai chef has many years' experience in the art of Thai cookery, and will either prepare the food in your own kitchen, if you are celebrating at home, or alternatively we can deliver it to your venue ready-prepared.
Whichever arrangement you choose, we provide a full service that covers sourcing and preparing the ingredients, serving the meal to your guests and clearing away afterwards. If we have used your own facilities for the cooking, we of course do all the washing up and tidying away, and leave your kitchen just as we found it!
So, why not make your celebration extra special by treating your guests to a Thai meal? At Sarah Thai Catering, we do all the work for you - you can just relax and enjoy the party!
