Please tell us about your event. Do you have a specific colour scheme or theme in mind? Do you have a budget that you would like to remain within?
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the provider about the products you require. Do they deliver & set it up for you or do you need to collect this? When hiring products, please double check how long you get to keep them for. If you need to have the products an extra day, is there an additional cost? Ideally, when paying for a larger service, you would expect the company to set up prior to your event & then come & take the equipment/ decor away again.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Cocoa started when my youngest child (nicknamed Baby Cocoa) turned 1. I named the business after him. Having three children, I have always been passionate about making all of their events (birthdays, christenings, etc) perfect. I'm an absolute perfectionist & have a creative style & eye for detail. I absolutely adore event styling.
