What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to quote our customers correctly and deliver the best possible balloon displays, we would require accurate measurements of the desired area they are wanting to decorate.
We need to know the location of the venue and also the day they require us to set up.
We would also request further information relating to the colour or theme they are planning to go with.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, I would advise the customer to be realistic with their expectations, according to their budget. The work, creativity & design that goes into balloon styling, shouldn’t be underestimated.
Also, always check out the company’s social media pages, their reviews from past customers and their style and standard of work. The price you are quoted will reflect in the time spent discussing your event decor to ensure you get the exact quality you are paying for.

Kandy Balloons Ltd is a family run business… two cousins who are both mothers and always enjoyed going the extra mile to decorate our children’s parties!
Our passion is to always deliver a wow factor display whether it be a small tabletop display, to our big balloon arches. We like to incorporate anything possible that relates to our customer's specific theme.
We are wanting to expand our business and eventually offer full event & venue dressing right down to the very smallest detail.
