For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need an event date, type of event they are hosting, type of service they require and if they have any particular designs or colours in mind, budget, venue address and if it's indoor or outdoor.
From this, we can use our expertise and experience to put together a suitable quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask about the product that they are offering, make sure they have understood what you are requiring them to do. Ask the provider for their price list and if you request anything extra, be sure to let them know.
Ask them to send you any ideas they may have that fit with your theme.

Pinky Events started as a way to bring creativity and happiness to people on their special day. Our passion is to bring a smile to someone's face as they celebrate important dates in their lives. During lockdown we grew much more delivering balloons and arrangements to people in their homes when they couldn't leave because of lockdown. We strive to give 100% in everything we do and we love to bring your vision to life. Art and creativity are our foundations and we love to share that with everyone around us.
