What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a quotation, we need to know the type of event, duration, special request, time, location, number of guests, outdoor or indoor location. From this, we can estimate the fee, time to set up etc.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always discuss a clear description of the event. Give a clear description of the type of music, lights and if need add-ons smoke machine etc. and if possible format/program/plan of the evening. Check reviews of previous events the provider has done.
