What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a full quote I need to know what the event is for and where it's taking place. How many people need catering for and what type of food is is you want are very important and the exact budget is also very helpful so we can find you the best deal.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't look at what is cheaper, look at who has done what you want well, and can prove their work with past clients' feedbacks, photos and videos if possible.

There's no point having a cheap caterer and bad food and service, as guests always remember the food at parties!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I love food and have always wanted to own my own BBQ restaurant so I decided to start with a mobile catering and provide the same service I would expect from a restaurant.

Above all, my passion to grill and roast has lead me to develop menus that are across all ethnic groups meaning I can feed a growing number of clients to their specific requirements.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I've had lots of bookings through this platform that I am personally so happy about. If I had to pick one, it would be our BBQ catering at the only street party for the Queen's 90th Birthday party in Southend-On-Sea.

We fed 400 people, and we nailed it hard! The reviews were amazing, they could not understand how we pulled off such a menu with the rain coming in a at intervals. The client and her guests were very happy and are using us again for their next event.
