What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote please provide us with a good estimate of guests to attend.

We would also need to know venue details and date along with access and facilities in the event, we need to use them.

Please also where possible have ready any known allergies etc

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you're looking for a supplier we would strongly recommend that you look at reviews and contact them personally to discuss what you want.

Check and ask for copies of insurances.

Check if they have premises or work from home etc, how long they have been trading etc
