What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for us to provide a comprehensive quote we would need the host to provide us with the following information:
The type of event they are having, the type of venue, where it would be located including the type of surface for equipment setup, amount of guest, any restrictions, parking, colours scheme, designs/ theme, any food allergy and dietary. This would be the only way we can provide the most accurate quote possible.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If a customer was looking for a provider within our area we would advise them to ask for more information about the service which they are looking to book, how it will be provided, who will be providing the service
(skilled & experience ) and most of all what would provision they would take to ensure a smooth flow/transition.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We are a family run company and we started in 2018 but we have been creating magical experiences for celebrations before then. I was told that I create the best parties & products ever. We are very creative and love making each experience a lasting memorable one for family & friends to remember for years to come.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had a few good bookings through Add to Event and are looking forward to more to grow our business even further.
