To provide a comprehensive quote we will require the event date, location, type of hire required (ie indoor tents, bell tents, cinema, sensory tent, silent disco etc) and how many people the event is for,
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are very careful to provide CE / UKCA items where required, our play tents are all marked with the CE logo for example.
We are fully insured and create risk assessments for each hire - health and safety is of utmost importance, Please do check these details when searching for hire items from similar companies.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have worked in events for many years and have my own event management company - Jigsaw started when events stopped overnight and I needed to keep my foot in the door. I wanted to provide an events hire company that's inclusive and will bring people closer together, at that particular time when they were locked in their homes and needed something fresh and new to keep them entertained. I hope that I can provide something for young old, able and disabled to enjoy together.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I had a last-minute booking through this site - I was able to turn the event hire around quickly and efficiently. It was for grandparents who were doing a sleepover for their grandchild's birthday - they were going to the cinema so I suggested my movie theme, which looked fantastic and all were pleased with the setup and said that I was the most reasonable of quotes provided. Despite being reasonably priced I do not scrimp on anything, my setups reflect this.
We have seen the quote requests through this site increase and are pleased to see it growing in popularity locally.
