Resonate Events provide luxury tent-based accommodation from their base in the North West to the rest of the UK. All of these come full furnished with metal frame beds, memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton bed linen. What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, to start with we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event you are hosting and the location. In addition to this we will need to know what sort of ground we will be working on - is it a farmer's field, the grounds of a stately home, a back garden?

Regarding the accommodation, what style of accommodation do you need? Bell Tents, Tipis, Bedouin tents? How many guests do you need beds for? And what capacity per tent? Do they all need to be for 2 people, or are you happy to put groups of up to 6 in each accommodation unit?

We have enough accommodation to look after 1000 guests, and if your event requires more than this, or you want a little more variety in the offerings, we have developed a varied and valued network of partners that deliver beautiful accommodation of the highest standards in comfort and service. Firstly, ask them for examples of the accommodation they can deliver, ensure they have the capacity available to match your demand and agree the standard of product that you want. Request a list of what's delivered in each type of accommodation to ensure that you get exactly what you requested.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

The Resonate Events team have worked in the Boutique camping sector at music festivals for over 10 years. They have worked onsite at all the major music festivals in the UK, and onsite at festivals all across Europe. Our team were the first people to deliver boutique camping accommodation at music festivals in countries all across Europe including Sweden, Norway and Croatia. Logistics and planning is something we excel in.

With 20 years combined experience on and off site for major music festivals and events throughout Europe, there isn’t any job our team haven’t done! We are passionate about our work and dedicated to delivering an outstanding service for our customers.
