What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For Pitched Perfect Events to provide a comprehensive quote, ideally we need the date of the event, which type of event the potential customer is hosting, an approximate number of bell tents required for the event and how many guests will be sleeping in each tent.
With this information, we will be able to give the customer an accurate quote for the event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, please ask the provider if they can provide enough bell tents for your event as if they can only provide 5 tents and you need 10, for example, then you may want to look elsewhere.
At the moment, we have a capacity of up to 14 bell tents for any event.
Also, find out if they are reasonably local and are prepared to travel to your venue.
We can travel up to 80 miles from our headquarters in Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started our company because my family and I are primarily glamping enthusiasts.
I noticed that glamping was becoming more popular than ever and felt there was a gap in the market to provide beautifully furnished bell tents for all types of events such as weddings and private parties etc.
After plenty of research and planning, Pitched Perfect Events was created and we now have 14 bell tents available for hire which will be delivered and set up unfurnished or fully furnished (depending on the requirements of the customer) for any event within 80 miles of our headquarters in Northamptonshire.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I joined Add to Event in January and obviously, it has been a difficult year for most events businesses due to the Pandemic and the restrictions in place.
However, I have been really pleased with the number of enquiries I have still received from the platform throughout and have built up a steady list of bookings for next Spring /Summer already.
