What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote we need to know the date, how long the event will last, how many tents are required and what the event is for.
We don't charge extra for weddings or other events, but we have tailored our packages to make sure they give you the best stay possible.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always check reviews on Facebook and Google before you make a final choice - you can learn a lot from these! And whilst Add to Event does carry a review section, you should always check the other available platforms for these.
I also would have a look at any suppliers websites and always check out the 'about us' section to get a feel for who I'm going to be dealing with.
For me personally, I also look at how long a business has been in operation.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We stumbled into this after buying a new bell tent for camping. We'd camped for years, so we knew our way around a bag of tent pegs, and a field, but I can safely say where we are 7 years down the line from when we started is not where I imagined!!
We had no idea at the start of Beautiful Bells that Festival weddings were about to boom. What was only ever going to be 5 tents and hobby business for us, soon became logistical planning with staff, vans, a LOT of stock and 100 tents (and still growing!)
We still pride ourselves as being hands-on and we are always out on site. But these days we also have support staff in the office so our clients don't have to wait for us to finish setting up tents before we return a call or an email.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

The beauty of Add to Event is it connects us with potential clients who we might not have otherwise met. We worked on an amazing wedding last year that was in Bristol that came for Add to Event.
Much we do travel the country, it's unlikely that they would have found us on a normal Google search.
It's also allowed us to connect with other suppliers if we've been asked to source something by a client.
