For us to provide a comprehensive quote, please could you supply further details, date of the event, timings, size of LED Screen required, is this an Indoor or outdoor event? What is your crowd expectancy & what content will be shown on the screen?

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We hire out LED Screens for indoor & outdoor events all over the UK, please note we don't supply projectors.
We have a fleet of mobile LED Screens ranging from 12sqm-45sqm some of which can rotate 360 degrees, or alternatively you can hire modular LED Screen, which can be built to any size required starting from 6sqm (3m x 2m) and going up to any size required.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Lightmedia Displays Ltd have supplied to the events industry, councils and event management companies for the last 23 years mobile and modular LED screens all over the world. Their vast fleet of mobile units range from 12sqm-45sqm LED screens, some of which can rotate 360 degrees. We have a stock of over 100sqm of Modular LED screens which can be built to any size required.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
LMD has the capability and experience and has successfully provided multiple screens in multiple locations to a very tight production schedule, this has been demonstrated on many occasions throughout the 23 years Lightmedia has been providing such screens to the event industry. Many of these events were one-day events where the timeframes were time-critical. The events were performed exactly to the criteria of the client and exceeded their expectations
