HighRise Projections offers a mobile outdoor screen hire provider. They hire equipment all over the UK along with staff to run the Big Screen experience for clients. They provide an all-around solution from staffing to full management planning to the big screens themselves.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We would need to know, which type of screen? LED ( daytime viewing ) or projection ( has to be dark ) the location - is there access, if it's indoors, is the room big enough? Is there power, do we need to cost for a generator?
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would tell the customer, do your research. Google the company, people can pay a lot of money to put on a front, ask for pictures, past job references, definitely speak to them on the phone. why not do a video call also.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I thrive on customer experience if they are not having a good time, I'm not, I once showed the greatest showman on the big screen, so for it - I hired the showman outfit and wore it around the event. I wanted to give customers an immersive experience using the big screens ( cinema ) as the saying goes here, we don’t just put on a film, we put on a show.
