What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable package.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Carter's was created after serving many years in the restaurant and pub trade. We decided it was time to go more freelance and meet a wider range of people. Our passion is providing great food AND great service, making sure all our clients are always well looked after and feel they have had a great experience, what ever the event.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had several bookings from Add to Event since we joined. It's a great platform for networking and reaching out to new clients. We are really lucky as we have been selected for a range of different events, ranging from corporate hospitality and staffing requests, to providing top quality buffets to individual families.
