What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Ideally, we need to know the number of people you are looking to cater for, the date which you require our services, what catering you require (Hog Roast,3 Course dinner etc), the venue name and the facilities available to us at the venue.
From this, we would be able to put together an initial quote for you.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would offer someone looking to hire a service in my area is to ask lots of questions, find out exactly what you are getting for your money. Check out reviews of the previous events they have catered for to get an idea of what they provide and the level of service.

Started in 2005 by Amanda Fry and based in Somerset, Figs offers a personal approach to solving your catering needs.
Day-to-day supply to every type of event means that our experience is extensive and when you need help the most we can apply this experience to make your event – however small or large – run smoothly and within your constraints and budgets.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had various booking come in through this platform. We have catered weddings, dinner parties & Hog Roasts which have come from Add to Event. Each booking being fulfilled successfully by ourselves.

I would recommend this platform to other service providers as I think it is easy for both customers & suppliers.
