After 15 years of working in various kitchens around the world, in 2015 I decided to go it alone and purchase a food truck.
This is how my business, Kurbside Kitchen started since then the company has grown from strength to strength. The main stars of the menus created have been the gourmet hot dogs and burgers loaded with locally sourced pulled meats with an assortment of homemade toppings.
My culinary vision for the company is to drive it forward using my knowledge and skills picked up during my travels.
Along with my all-star team, we strive to create memorable experiences for our customers during their special events.

We've had a number of bookings through Add to Event to date ranging from Weddings to Corporate events, which have all been very successful. We had a very last minute booking in Guilford where we offered them burgers, hot dogs, vegetarian and macaroni cheese croquettes.
