What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We would need the event date, time of the event, area event happening, how many people will be attending,
is the menu inside or out/is there power and water and type of equipment required.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

How much experience the provider has, is the provider quote in budget of the customer and is he flexible?
What type of equipment they have for the event/entertainment company.

Mix2mix catering started out in 2019 with an experienced team of chefs and catering assistants who have been working together for over 5 years. The main cuisine is Caribbean which has been in the family since childhood and I have developed cooking skills and experience throughout with passion. All events catered for have been a success and measured by clients which gives us great incentive to continue catering with a smile.
mix2mix DJ; started out 2000 playing in clubs alongside top DJ clubs in London working with charity events.
Able to play a wide range of music for dance and with a different mix of clients.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

One great event through Add to Event was catering for a church Christmas party where normally the client provides their own catering but they decided to have outside catering so they all can enjoy their Christmas party. The clients were very pleased with our catering and from how we stayed in contact up till the event, how quick we set up and how professional with equipment and service with a smile and laughs and most of all the quality of the food and how much there was!

DJ for a 21st birthday the client was happy with how the music was played and selected with the crowd up and dancing throughout the evening. They also loved how I got the crowd involved with certain music that they've never seen at other events. It was great to get a text later to say what a fantastic night and will definitely book mix2mix again
