What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for me to provide a comprehensive quote, I would need to know the event date, the location and the time for which I am required to work for. A brief explanation of the nature of the event and the number of guests would also be useful to know.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking to hire a Caricaturist, I would advise the client to consider a Caricaturist with a strong portfolio of work. Testimonials would also be advantageous. Always talk face to face or on the telephone to the Caricaturist, to explain what is expected of him/her to avoid any confusion.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Caricature is a real passion for me, and I have a natural talent for capturing a likeness having worked incredibly hard to achieve the professional quality I can produce today. I love the interaction with the public and the warm, positive reactions that my work can give me. I am devoted to my craft and strive to be the best Caricaturist I can be.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Add to Event has been extremely successful for me. I have secured plenty of bookings through here. This weekend, I was hired by Harley Davidson in Chester as a Caricaturist. It was a very lucrative, and the weekend was a triumph; the manager, staff and public all loved my work too. I am very confident that Harley Davidson will offer me more work in the future due to this. This could be the catalyst for my business to really take off and I owe it to Add to Event. I would whole heartedly recommend Add to Event to anyone.
