The Secret Chefs provide outside catering services across the whole of central Scotland and beyond, catering for events such as private parties, corporate functions, social events and home dinning. They suggest a few questions you should ask a prospective caterer to ensure success at your event.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To help us to design a bespoke menu and quote the following information would be helpful, although we at " The Secret Chefs" much prefer to talk through the event also.

3. Whats the event ie wedding, corporate party, etc
4. Style of menu
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Do they cook everything from scratch or is it bought in?
2. Can they provide references or reviews from previous events?
3. How does the food arrive hot and how is it kept hot at the event?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I realised there was a niche in the market for food that was cooked from scratch and not bought in from the local wholesalers, food that's fresh and locally produced.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have done many events through Add to Event it's hard to choose just one. One of the largest though was "Rewind Scotland"
