Firstly search around for the supplier of what you are looking for in terms of style of food, cuisine, food knowledge. be aware of current market costs within your budget and price range. Caterer will offer a tasting prior to your event in order for you to experience the right choice, this is normally included in your deposit however it can be chargeable based on price and size of your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started the business to offer the finest quality food drinks and service to guests to enjoy no matter what the occasion. allowing them to have the most memorable food experience. I have worked in hospitality industry for over 20 years initially in luxury hotels then into Michelin starred restaurant around the world before starting my own catering brand to offer luxury innovation and unique dining experiences for any occasion.
