What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

All of our packages are bespoke and unique to your event.

For us to provide a comprehensive quote, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event you are looking to host, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event.

From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable and fully quoted event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When you are looking for a provider in your area, firstly, find someone that you can work with! Someone who is personable and relatable- someone that you'd be happy to work with!

Secondly, look for the supplier's experience. Your event is a big thing for you, so choosing the most qualified person for the job is important (note: don't forget about all of the fantastic small suppliers- these are often future gems in their area of expertise and can offer some really refreshing perspective and very competitive price!)

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Before starting my own business, I ran a hospitality business as an employed General Manager, Operations Mananger and Events manager. I spent time working as a chef- learning from some of the best; a bartender- shaking and making delicious cocktails and ultimately spent over a decade running the entire business operation. I learned very quickly that I loved hospitality and subsequently put together my own business- bringing fresh and tasty global flavours to events, weddings and festivals all over the UK.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are relatively new to Add to Event - but so far, so good! We have heard from all kinds of organisers- Weddings, Corporate events, the occasional TV filming etc.
