What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for us to provide a realistic quote, we ideally require the following information, The event date, the type of event, the estimated number of guests, and the potential venue. We will then be able to put the best quote possible together for you and advise on menus.
If the event is indoor or outdoor, and if the event requires staff.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you've us all the information that you require it would be a great help. So if you have dietary requirements, especially specific allergies. If you could give us a little background into what you wanting the food for, i.e. the occasion, we can then maybe give you more options.
We love to be able to help people to provide the best buffet/party possible with our help. Our staff are trained to make menus suit you, so please just ask the silliest of questions.

Aldesko Catering was formed after many years of perfecting menus for other businesses. We decided it was time to walk on our own and grow the business across the North East of England. the owner has worked in catering for the past 18 years and her attention to detail is second to none.
Our passion for food and customer service is second to none.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Aldesko has various bookings through Add to Event and each one has gone perfectly. The food has been delivered and presented so the organiser has not had to do anything, we like to give people peace of mind that they can trust the food will be amazing, fresh and the presentation is as colourful and appetising as possible.
We have had amazing reviews, and the business is continuing to grow with Add to Event. I would certainly recommend them.
