What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we would ideally need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event you are hosting, food requirements (canapés / starter / buffet / table service...), the estimated number of guests, venue information and what services you require from us. From this, we can put together a quote for your event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Selecting a caterer requires some thought and deliberation. Food and beverage costs often are a large percentage of an event’s cost - and will be a memorable highlight of an event so selecting a caterer can be a significant decision. Choose a caterer whom you are comfortable and confident with. Be clear with what services your caterer offer and what is included in the quote.

Mrs.SW13 Catering & Events is a creation between Lisa & Caroline, both veterans in event management, design and the catering business. With years of experience in our separate fields, we have found the perfect match in Mrs.SW13.
