What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

At Orchard Events Group each quote is bespoke to the clients own needs. All we need to be able to tailor your quote is your event date, a little bit of information on the type of event you're holding, an estimated number of guests and where you are planning on having your event. From this, we will be able to use our knowledge, experience and expertise to put your quote together.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would recommend that you meet with the supplier and arrange a tasting session to make sure that the product they are offering lives up to their claims, as they say, the proof is in the pudding. Ask questions about their style of service and how many staff will be at your function. Check to make sure there's no hidden costs or charge for breakages etc.

Orchard Events Group Ltd offer a professional service for both private and corporate events throughout Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset and Berkshire.
As a professional and reliable events company, we have over six years of experience in running bars at weddings, private functions and corporate events.
We have developed our business in the past few years and have progressed from pouring pints to now managing and running events for clients with attendees ranging from 40- 500+. We offer catering for small and intimate parties, to larger gatherings of 500+
We have a great team of staff here at Orchard Hq largely made up of family and close friends. We pride ourselves on being professional, accommodating and up for all challenges and requests that our clients have for us.
