What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote we need at event date, time, number of guests, location and whether it will be an indoor or outdoor event. This will allow us to provide an accurate cost for providing our services.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you check if the provider has availability for the date/time of your event or party. If you are looking for a specific character or entertainer make sure you check if they offer this service. Once you have all the relevant information from the provider make sure you don't delay in securing to avoid them taking other bookings as most will not hold or pencil dates.

Boogie Magic Parties was born through two mums love to perform. We are a passionate business that prides itself on providing authentic characters and entertainers to events and parties in and around Hampshire. Bringing magic and excitement to children and families with every performance we provide.

It's difficult to pick a booking as each and every one has been a huge success for us and the customers we have serviced throughout characters or entertainers. We continue to promote the Add to Event platform when approached by potential families for help and advice when organising their parties and events.
