What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote, we need your event type (i.e. Wedding, Kid's Party, Corporate Event etc), how long you require the entertainment for, general age of guests and how many and whether the venue is indoors or outdoors. From this, we can tailor your quote to exactly what you are looking for.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would always check they are professionals and have the right amount of experience and training in their field. As well as this, I would ask for their public liability insurance and risk assessments which should come as second nature. This is something we always send our customers without even asking.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Royle Entertainment was born in 2017 after business owner Vicki starting receiving many requests from events and venues asking for entertainment. Vicki is experienced in organising and delegating whilst working on an event, to ensure everything runs smoothly. Royle Entertainment has recently branched out into Princess Parties and therefore our new side business is called Royle Princess Parties, for all your children's entertainment needs.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Add to Event opens up lots of doors for potential bookings and connections. It has been amazing for connecting to local people in the community, who didn't even know we existed. I look forward to using Add to Event more and more. I now see it as my main source of customers and clients.
