What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a magical quote, we ideally need to know the event date, time, a brief explanation of the type of service needed, the estimated number of children attending, the venue address and a contact number or email. From this we will put together a bespoke package to make your day special.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is key, when booking a service it is important for a client/customer to be at ease and in the know. No question marks, full communication so there is one less thing to worry about. Trust is important and recommendations help.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I have been a singer/performer for years playing at events and pubs. During the lockdowns of 2020, I raised money for charity singing requests online. I ended up singing a lot requests for children's birthdays, of which I had several people suggest I start a kids party entertainment business. I love Disney and I'm really good with kids, so in 2021, I did just that. Character Parties with Bee was born.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

It's been great, I regularly receive notifications about parties. It is so easy to go through my diary and pick and choose the parties.
