What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We try to make it as simple as possible for the customer to book with us. We would recommend giving as much information as possible ie; venue, date and times. We can assist with hiring a venue if that helps in the Bedfordshire area. Once we have the information we can use our experience to check the services will fit in the venue and a make a suggestion if not.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is always best to check what experience the company have. These days everyone is a 'DJ', a laptop and your hi-fi system from home are not classed as a great experience! Make sure they have the correct insurance and cover, especially for bouncy castle and soft play hire. Check the reviews on this page or any other social media pages they have.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I and 2 other local businesses decided to create a one-stop shop for all your party, wedding and event needs. Each had their own side of the business and with the other 2 made it a complete set up. This has since evolved and has grown to use other local businesses to provide us with the biggest services on offer in the area. Always ahead of the competition and making sure our customers come first, is the main reason why we are so popular.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had a few bookings now through Add To Event. One, in particular, was for a corporate function. The communication was easy through the website and with email notifications when the customer replies mean we can reply instantly. The event went very smoothly and have used us again since. We had great reviews both on here and our social media platforms too.
