What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we would need the time and date of the event, what services they were expecting, age of children so we can adapt to the show, where it is and how long they wanted the show for. We would also need a phone number and email.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you state the area the hours, the date and put as much detail in as possible because you don't want someone who thinks they can help you but they can't because they don't have enough time on the date you want them to be there. Check out reviews and comments from previous clients.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I used to work for a company where I was a children's entertainer quite a few years before, so when I started this business up I had lots of experience in children's entertainment and I knew what I was doing. I've always wanted a successful business and I just started it up.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Add to Event has got us 2 parties so far. We are quite pleased with that and hopefully, that is just the beginning of our journey to success! I would say I am happy with Add to Event (although I thought about giving it up when I got no responses) but I will continue using the platform as it is easy to use and it is a reasonable price.
