What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide a comprehensive quote, we need to know the event date, type of event and address of the venue. We would also need to know the time of the event, the type of service the potential customer is after, the number of guests attending the event and also whether the event is indoor or outdoor.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice that I give to a customer looking to hire a children's entertainer is that the they should make sure that the provider is very good at the service that they are offering by checking their reviews, pictures, videos and website.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Flavourz Event & Party Services started about 6 years ago due to noticing the stress people go through whilst planning a party/event. I felt that introducing a company that will ease the overall stress of party planning with excellent results in the long run, will keep both customers and suppliers happy.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
