What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we ideally need the following information: date and time of the party/event, which services/packages you are interested in, the location/area and how many guests/children will be attending.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would always advise booking a highly experienced professional who is friendly, reliable and punctual. Have a look at any reviews to get a feel for what kind of company you are booking, and check they have the relevant insurances. We are in the children's entertainment industry, so we want people to feel confident that the children will have a fantastic time and understand that we love what we do!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We have worked with children for 15 years, and started by teaching Performing Arts in primary schools and community centres. The entertainment side of the business, was then launched later as we realised we wanted to play an important role in helping families make birthdays, christenings, weddings etc. extra special and also making children smile! There is nothing more rewarding than bringing happiness to children.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had a number of bookings through Add to Event, that have gone exceptionally well and we have been very pleased with have easy the platform is to use. We always recommend customers use this site if we are unavailable for an event, and they often get back to us with how great their experience has been.
