What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For me to provide an appropriate quote to a client, based on their needs, ideally I need the event date, start time for entertainment, type of event, the estimated number of guests, the numbers of children and adults, and event location. From this I can use my experience and expertise to recommend suitable entertainment packages and rates.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In order to determine the magician most suited for their event, a customer should check out the performer's website video as this will give them a sense of their performing style and whether or not they would be appropriate for their event.

Also, look for client testimonials on their site. A quality professional entertainer will have a number of testimonials and reviews about their performances. Ask the children's magician about what entertainment packages they offer that would be most suitable for their event.

I started in magic when a teen as a hobby, soon realising that this would be my passion in life and dedicated myself to become a top quality performer.
