What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need to know the date, time and location of the event, the type of event, the age range of the children and the length of time required. It would also be ideal to know if the party will be inside or outside. With this information first hand, we will be able to provide a quote almost immediately.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, when searching for an entertainer online, it's a good idea to have a look at any reviews they may have available. This can help to establish whether or not they are up to the standard the customer is expecting. Good reviews may also suggest they have the necessary experience required to make the customer's party extra special.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Magic Jono loves to perform and has done so for quite some time. He especially loves performing for children as they are what creates the magic. The smiles, laughter and reactions received are what makes a show worthwhile. So Magic Jono as a business was formed so that the passion and desire to entertain could be fulfilled over and over again.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I have had a few shows now, booked through Add to Event. I have enjoyed each one and the response has been great. I would certainly recommend Add to Event for anyone starting out, but also for any seasoned professionals looking for a constant flow of bookings.
