Ideally, we need to know the date of the event, what type of event it is, how many guests are expected, the potential venue and where we will be placed, the times that our services are required, and if there are any special dietary requirements. From this information, we can compile a bespoke quotation based on your individual needs.

Our biggest piece of advice for a customer looking to hire fun food services is make sure that any company that you book with is legitimate. Make sure that the company who you go with is established, uses top quality equipment (such as Sephra chocolate fountains, Gold Medal popcorn and candy floss machines, and Apex beverage fountains), is insured, PAT tested and is registered with their local Environmental Health Office.

Dreams of Chocolate was started with one goal in mind - to provide the biggest range of fun foods with the highest quality service. We have a passion for food, and a love for fun, so mixing these traits was the perfect business for us. We started off small, with just one chocolate fountain, a popcorn machine and a candy floss machine, but quickly expanded our range as the bookings came rolling in.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

One booking from Add to Event that really stands out was providing fresh popcorn for an outdoor cinema event at Loughborough University. It was a very chilly night, but hundreds of students braved the cold to watch the film Project X on the big inflatable screen outside their halls. We served hundreds of bags of fresh popcorn to keep the student's bellies warm, which they greatly appreciated.
