What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
A client should provide as much information regarding their event as possible. This would include but not be limited to: the name of the venue, location, length, start and finish time, theme, ideal skills required, number of guests, type of event etc.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The entertainment business is as aloof as they come and to be able to traverse this mine field of uncertainty, I would suggest having an exact idea of your requirements or be able to give the creative control to a company that will handle every stage of the process. Our company specialises in creating custom packages which are customisable at every stage of the process.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Ethereal Performance Art was started from the ground-up by two founders. It has taken a year, and we have already worked with some incredible companies from the Royal National Theatre of England, to Starz Productions, Jack Daniels, MOD, We The Curious, SWG3 and many, many more. It has been a spectacular start and we hope that it does not stop there!
