What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
I order to provide the customer with a comprehensive quote we'd need to know as many details as possible, such as event date and time and duration, how many people attending, what they're looking for, all inclusive, dry hire or pay as you go.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask about previous experience of the staff and previous events. check reviews and online comments.
Ask about the menu and provide a list of preferred beverages
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I initially started the business back in 2017 together with a friend as we're both coming from hospitallity background, both having been restaurant managers but had to stop during the pandemic.
After that my friend didn't want to continue so I had to do it on my own and hire people when needed.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have only had one booking so far which went perfectly hence the great review the host wrote us.
