Xander's Bar provides a mobile bar unit run by a brother-sister duo based in Witney, Oxfordshire. Due to the fact that the mobile bar unit is fully adaptable and can be set up on any terrain, this means wherever you are, they can come! The bar itself was handmade in a natural oak wood finish. It can be set up inside or out and can come with a gazebo or small stretch tent.
They are constantly growing and adapting to make the best beverages which means that whatever you desire, from classic G&Ts to spicy margaritas, you can have!

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote, we would ideally have information such as the event details, the location and what it is that you desire. We have a range of services that we can provide so having a better understanding of what it is that you would like helps us hugely. However, if you are unsure on what kind of package you would like, or whether it is just a dry bar you need, that is more than okay! From this, we can put together a suitable quote and book you in.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask loads of questions to be sure that they have the right service for you. Make sure that they can provide you with the service you desire and do not settle- you are the client! You may think that you are hassling us but by you asking questions and conversing with the supplier, it helps both of us understand what it is that you want to make the day/ service as successful as possible.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Xander's Bar started through a love for hospitality. I have worked in hospitality for over 5 years now and when I had the opportunity to get my brother on board with me at a job, he fell in love with it too! We then decided it was time to take the plunge and start an independent, family-run mobile bar service to spread the love of all things booze, events and hospitality!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

There is so much work available on Add to Event. It is so simple to apply and really helps a small business to showcase our bar to our local market. We cannot wait to grow our business through Add to Event!
