What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We require the following information: number of guests, event date, timings and budget also the specific requirements for your event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When booking events try to do make sure that you never take on too much. If you're not an expert at something get someone who can provide the services and equipment you need. Look at reviews and ask lots of questions.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
After running some of the world's most iconic venues, we realised that there was a need for more specialised suppliers.
Everyone was very taking on too many events at one time. We wanted to create a company that took care of customers on an event by event basis and didn't spread themselves too thin.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We were at a beautiful Afro-Carribean wedding booked through Add to Event. The chef needed a team of 10 staff to help with setting up the venue and serve the food. We were able to help manage food service as well as set up the venue.
