When contacting a supplier, be sure to give as much information as you can! The last thing you want is to have to keep going back and forth to finalise anything, your time is precious!! In an ideal world try and provide the following;
- Event Date(s)
- A brief explanation about the event
- Estimated guests
- Potential Venue
- Indoor/Outdoor
- Pre-pay or Pay at bar

All of these will help us to give you a fair and comprehensive price the first time!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask the provider about the product they are offering, I wouldn't want my hair cut by someone who didn't know much about hair so why drink a martini from someone who knows little about the cocktails they are offering. To get a grip of their expertise in their field, ask the provider about their menu(s) and why they are serving what they are serving. Make sure you ask about their experience, are they trained!?
It can be useful to find out what equipment they use, maybe get some pictures? The provider should be proud of their offerings and gladly send them to you!

Cocktails in Company joined Shindigs Events Limited after its founder moved up north. We are thrilled to have this prestigious and well-known brand and is a great addition to Shindigs!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had many bookings through Add to Event, a key one was for a Wedding set inside a Marquee with over 100 guests! The bride and groom were cocktail fans and were over the moon we would be able to support their special day!

A fair amount of the guests were not cocktail drinkers normally and were hesitant to try. However once Raf got up with some flair, and the guys got within the crowd, the cocktails were away! Everyone had a hit and we have received numerous bookings from this event since!
