What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide an accurate quote for a customer, we require the date of the event. A detailed brief of what their expectations are for the day, the estimated number of guests, location, whether it's in or outdoor, the theme of the day and if there is anything special that we should know about! With this information we will put together a proposal which we think will suit you.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider about their services and their experience. What rocks their world about our industry and what is their expertise. Ask about their products and why they have chosen these products.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Savva Bars Co was born out of my adoration for creating personable guest experiences. After working at a local restaurant for many years and perfecting my craft I would regularly provide services for locals such as Cocktail Parties or Canapé Receptions, after a little while I decided to go it alone! I have spent all my working life working in hospitality. We are passionate about giving fantastic guest service, creating special memories and putting the customer at the centre of everything that we do.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have catered for many events via this platform. We have provided everything from mobile bars, masterclasses, catering & so much more. The app is very easy to use and gives the client instant access to your details once quoted. Enabling us to contact the customer via phone or email is also a great facility which makes communication easy. I’d recommend it to others.
