The Coffee Trike is a mobile coffee business with a difference. It is highly flexible and offers an eye-catching, portable coffee bar of just 3m². It is a fully equipped mobile coffee bar for hire, with the finest Italian coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and snacks; it focuses on sustainability and environmental awareness.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we need to know the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event and whether it is inside or outdoors. We need to know the estimated number of guests. And we would also appreciate the organiser telling us about the access to water supply and electricity.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend looking at the reference section. And contacting the person directly to discuss things in more detail. The more information gained, the better.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I wanted to operate the most sophisticated and beautifully designed mobile coffee unit. I came across the Coffee Trike and can't recommend it enough. It brings a smile to the faces of both hosts and guests.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I always talk to other event suppliers and offer them the contact details of Add to Event. I have been using Add to Event since June 2016. And I have managed to secure a number of very good events.
