Brunchbox provides a coffee van that is ingeniously converted to accommodate an LPG powered espresso machine, large internal water tank and plenty of storage allowing the business to be completely self-sufficient for service. As well as a delicious range of coffees, they also serve tea, deluxe/Cadbury hot chocolate and scrumptious cakes, muffins and healthy breakfast selection.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
A brief explanation of the type of event, the date and location. We also need an estimated number of guests. And it's important to know if it is an indoor or outdoor event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, you need to find out about the choice of products along with a price list. Also, find out about their feedback and reviews and also about the type of equipment they plan to use. It is essential to know how long they have been working in the area of service they provide.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I worked as a hospitality assistant and barista for many years. My passion was always in coffee and to make customers satisfied. I really wanted to create my own ideas therefore I become self-employed and started my outside catering business.
It was a great decision as I can create my own little ideas and meet with my customer's needs and requirements.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
There have been a wide choice of bookings throughout the year. It is a great platform to find and book an event. It was a great experience to participate in those events and I can confidently say our customers were very happy. I made lots of friends and I'm going back again next year. I have built up my regular customer round as well. Great for media and marketing and I can just recommend Add to Event to everyone.
