What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a quote for a customer we would need to know the type of event and the amount of people attending. We would need to know whether they want a large selection of homemade cakes or just a few tray bakes and pastries. Also the sizes of hot drinks they require.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider the quality of the products, as coffee varies a lot on quality as well as the packaging.

I have managed bakeries and coffee shops in the past and wanted to start my own business with all the knowledge I have gained. I like providing great service and have a passion for quality coffee. I love being mobile and getting to visit interesting places.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have done a number of different events through the Add to Event, from small private functions to larger public events. I have enjoyed all of them, and think the website is great for planning events and finding suppliers. I always recommend the website to people if I am unable to attend their event.
