What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To help us provide you with our best quote we need to know when your event is, what's the occasion and how many guests you expect. We also need a little information about your chosen venue and whether you require furniture & decoration. Tell us about the style of service you'd prefer and the kind of food you think will be enjoyed by you and your guests, you can also tell us whether you require linen & service ware and/or a bar and drinks service throughout the event. Using this information we will design a bespoke package, especially for your event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would want to find out what experience the provider has in their field and their motivations for doing what they do, it's important to choose an event caterer that loves what they do, then you will be sure that they will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best quality and service to be enjoyed by you and your guests.

Our business is about bringing fresh and exciting flavours to our clients, tantalising taste buds with a WOW! We have been in the hospitality industry for over 30+ years and have a passion for great quality food and exceptional service, we love to create exciting fresh tasting menus for our clients and always do our very best to give the client what they want. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and are happy to work with clients to offer a wide variety of styles and flavours, catering for all dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances.

The bookings that we have had through Add to Event have all gone without a hitch, we have catered for many team building and boot camp events allowing us to get up close and personal with clients and guests, learning about each and every one of them and tailoring our service to their specific needs. More recently we have really enjoyed being involved in events of a more personal nature such as wedding parties and family occasions, allowing our clients to enjoy a stress-free day and bringing guests together over mouth-watering menus with a professional and personal service.
