What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order to provide a quote we would need to know the following information, obviously some of these we would already know, so delete if applicable:
The dates we would be there
The pitch fee, if there is one
The exact location of your pitch
The expected footfall and how they came to this figure, has the event happened before, what were the numbers in previous years
The number of caterers there
Is there going to be set pricing?
Will you be indoors or outdoors?
How have they been marketing the event? What social media do they have and how active and popular is it?
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at their profile, check out the photos as images can speak a thousand words. Check previous jobs, ask as much information as you need, confirm they know the product they are selling. Check out their rating, that will tell you a lot about their safety and hygiene.
Compare with other providers then make your decision, sometimes your gut feeling will tell you.

Crepes Zone Ltd was started as an idea to share our passion for crepes and waffles and from there our plan developed with all the documents needed, training, stock, registration and everything needed to get started.
Now we are ready to share our freshly made yummy in the tummy crepes and waffle that taste amazing to our customers.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
The bookings through Add to Event are easy: receive events through email, provide a quote, book and all the info is readily available for you to communicate with the customer directly.
The last that we went to was Pancake Day for corporate customers and that went very well. It exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to a lot more bookings through Add to Event.
